The next FastTab down is the Pick FastTab. The fields available here will be used when processing Picks on the Handheld device.
Skip Qty. Prompt for Single Unit Field:
This field will be utilised when an item on a Pick line has the quantity of “1”.
If you have enabled this option, then the ‘Qty. to Handle’ step will be ignored and the quantity will automatically default to “1”.
Always Prompt for Item Field:
This field will be utilised when you are picking items which are going to be placed into a Container.
If you have enabled this option, then the user will need to enter/scan the item number details rather than the value being automatically defaulted in.
Container Confirmation Required Field:
If this field is enabled, then a message will be displayed asking the user to confirm the Container that is being used before placing a Container into a Bin. Please also refer to this link for more information Clever Dynamics - Container Types
