Users may have to frequently type in the same description into the Description field on the Clever Credit Interaction page. To save time, we can setup a Credit Interaction Types list for frequent descriptions where we link descriptions to Call, Statement, Send Email and Queue Email actions.
By using the Call action on the Clever Credit Interaction page, the Description from the Clever Interaction Type record will be copied to the Description field from the record when the Call field is selected.
By using the Statement action on the Clever Credit Interaction page, the Description from the Clever Interaction Type record will be copied into the Description field from the record where the Statement field is selected after the Statement has been printed.
By using the Send Email or Queue Email actions on the Clever Credit Interaction page, the Description from the Clever Interaction Type record will be copied to the Description field from the record where the Email field selected after the email has been sent and moved to the queue.
When the Auto Select Overdue record is set in the Description field, then all the overdue (red) ledger entries will be automatically selected.
The Description field can be set manually too, if a partial entry is made i.e. “Ca” if should find the first entry in the Credit Interaction Type table that matches.
