"Quality Orders" can be moved to show as On Hold if you need to postpone this order from being worked on. 

The status of the existing orders can be accessed from the "Role Center". New orders consist of any "Quality orders" that have not yet had any Test results entered. As soon as some test results have been added, the status of the order changes automatically to In Progress.  

Both New and In Progress "Quality Orders" can be changed to On Hold by opening the "Quality Order" and in the ribbon, selecting Change Status. This will change its existing Status and move it to the On Hold tile. This does not stop a User being able to Post this order, it simply moves it. In theory, any that are On Hold should be queried. To change this order back to its original status, selecting the Change Status option again on the "Quality Order" ribbon will revert it.
