Selecting the Default Configuration Function (which can be run from the Data Validation Setup Page) will import some default setup data to assist you with getting up and running with the application quickly and easily.
Running the Function imports a Configuration Package called CDVT (Data Validation Templates) which utilises standard Business Central functionality. The imported Package will then be applied resulting in the default data being automatically created within your Environment.
The default data included within the Data Validation Templates Configuration Package that will be created automatically consists of:
- Three basic Data Validation Templates. Please refer to the Data Validation Templates Page for more information.
- Records will be automatically created in the Standard Data Formats Table. Please refer to the Standard Data Formats Page for more information.
