Synchronising a Route with PodFather

When a route is fully planned it needs to be sent to PODFather to track delivery. The easiest way to do this is to have the Send Notifications status option in the status list. See Route Status List and Status Types for more information.

If you wish to manually send the route to PODFather ahead of this status or to send any amendments use the Synchronise with PODFather action.

Important: The Interface with PODFather currently has the following limitations:

  1. Item Variants are not supported. If you have a Shipment Management with an Entry with Variants only the Item No. is synchronised. PodFather cannot then differentiate between multiple variants if they exist on the same route.
  2. The Vehicle used is not synchronised.
  3. Drop Timeslots are not supported.
