For any existing users of Clever Shipment Management who have upgraded from an earlier version than 1.4, due to the changes implemented to Route Status Lists, the following should be noted:
When you upgrade, the system will convert the original Route Status Lists lists to the new Status sets as follows:
- If there were Status lines relating to particular Shipping Agents, then a new Status Set will be created that relates to that Shipping Agent which will be applied to all Locations and Shipping Agent Services.
- If there were lines without a Shipping Agent, then a new Status Set will be created that applies to all Locations, Shipping Agents and Shipping Agent Services.
Users will see no difference when using Clever Shipment Management, but the Status set-up will look a little different to previous versions of the application. Please refer to this Page Route Status List Overview for more information on Route Status setup.
