The following Fields have been added to the Warehouse FastTab of the Item Card and should be completed as required.

 

Container Tracking Required

 

This field is used to determine whether the Container Tracking functionality needs to be used when processing Warehouse Documents for the item.  You will need to select one of the following options:

Default – If you select this option, then the Container Tracking Required option will be taken from the Item Category Code assigned against the item.

Yes – If you select this option, then the item will require Container Tracking to be defined when processing Warehouse Documents for that item.

No – If you select this option, then the item will not require any Container Tracking to be defined when processing Warehouse Documents for that item. 

 Default Container Type

 

In this field, you can define which Container Type should be suggested by default when processing transactions for this item.
