Enabling the What3Words integration adds a new field to hold the What3Words address to the following entities in Microsoft Business Central.
- Customer Card
- Ship-to Address Card
- Sales Quote (For custom ship-to addresses)
- Sales Order (For custom ship-to addresses)
- Sales Return Order (For custom ship-to addresses)
- Purchase Order (For custom ship-to addresses)
- Purchase Return Order (For custom ship-to addresses)
- Service Order (For custom ship-to addresses)
- Service Item Worksheet
If you know the What3Words address then this can be entered directly into the new field.
If you do not know the address then the Assist Edit function of the field can be used to open a map view in order to select the address.
Once the map is zoomed to an applicable level the map will be overlayed with the What3Words grid. Clicking on the square will show the following pop-up.
If you have identified the correct location, click Select Address to close the map and populate the What3Words Address on the source page.
