Within Standard Microsoft Business Central, Physical Inventory Orders cannot be used with Locations that have been configured to use Directed Put-away and Pick. With Clever WMS Plus, this limitation has been removed.

If using Physical Inventory Orders then Physical Inventory Recordings have been enhanced to recognise the concept of racks and can be generated based on a rack/part-rack selection:

Additionally the warehouse Zone, rack and Bin will be stored against the resulting Physical Inventory Ledger Entries. This means it is possible to check check inventory accuracy at Zone, Rack or Bin level.

Stock accuracy over time can be monitored using the Physical Inventory Accuracy Report or the Physical Inventory Statistics.
