When using the Clever Shipping Agent Integration App, you will need to complete the ISO Code, ISO3 and ISO Numeric Code Fields which are located against the "Countries/Regions". This information will be sent in the "Message Requests" and should conform to the standard recognised ISO values.
Export Orders
Within Shipping Agent Integration, the system will consider the Consignment as being an Export Consignment if shipping from a different Country Code to the recipient Country Code. However there are some exceptions to this, which mean that the following countries will also be categorised as Export when shipping from Great Britain.
