When the shipping agents API has processed the consignment submission, it should respond by returning a message that has the details it has given the consignment and the images for the labels etc. These are held in screen called "Message Responses".

Searching for "Message Responses" from the Business Central search feature allow you to view the responses received back from a Shipping Agent. However its far more common to access the response from the "Message Requests" screen so that you see the response to a particular message that’s been sent.

This is done using the drilldown on the Has Response attribute, as shown below.

You can export the XML to see what was in the raw message. This can often be very useful for the Shipping Agents support team when they are investigating issues you have reported to them.

Note: like "Message Requests", "Message Responses" are part of Clever Integration so can be used for messages to other applications than just Shipping Agent Integration. In this case the information shown in the "Message Responses" screen may relate to other Clever Dynamics Apps.
