Clever Item Tracking Plus addition installed automatically once you installed Clever Trade Plus or Clever Quality.
Our Clever Item Tracking Plus Addition has been created to provide extra functionality around Lot Numbers and how these are managed within Business Central, providing additional data in the "Lot No. Information List" to provide more visibility of the Lot Numbers, allowing Expiration dates to be changed and providing a means of creating Sub-Lots (a Lot created directly from an existing Lot No for the purpose of moving it to an alternative Location, Bin or changing part of the full quantity's Expiration date) directly from the Lot No Information list. Beside to blocking all type of transactions with several additions setup the sales, purchase and service transactions can be blocked separately.
As part of this, offering further detail regarding the remaining inventory per Lot as well as its current Location and Bin help the user remain in control of what is still available and where as well as being able to trace the originating parent Lot, all ensuring that full traceability can be maintained.
In addition to this, Shelf Life rules can now be set (by Item and for Sales and Purchases) so that more control can be placed on receiving and shipping Items that have the required shelf life criteria per transaction. A new Sales Expiry Date field is now available showcasing what date the Lot Number must be shipped by to ensure it will be sent within the shelf life criteria and Picks will now only take the available stock into account where there is a long enough expiration date per Lot.

This App includes 1 Permission Set: 'Clever Item Tracking Plus'. This will be automatically applied for Super Users but will need to be assigned for other Users where applicable.
