There maybe occasions where you are using a certain Shipping Agent or Shipping Agent Services against multiple Routes which then need to be changed. For example, if a lorry breaks down or the Agent ceases trading.
To cater for this scenario, you have the ability to be able to amend all Routes "on mass" by using the Reassign Shipping Agent functionality. This can either be run from the Shipment Management Role Centre, Shipping Agent Page or the Shipping Agent Services Page.
When you select Reassign Shipping Agent, the below Page will be displayed. You should populate the Fields as required and also define which type of documents and records you would like to update.
