Auto-populate Location Code, Zone Code and Bin Code on the Sub-Lot screen from existing Lot Number

• Will use originating Lot Number Location, Zone and Bin but can all be overwritten

Lot & Serial Information Lists 

Quality Tracking

Ability to now block for Production (Consumption, Output or All) in Lot and Serial Info Cards and Quality Tracking Code Statuses

• Allows for blocking mid-way through Production Orders if something fails

Sub-Lotting

Sub-Lot Number format can now be Sequential or User Defined, allowing more flexibility around the numbering of Lot Numbers when Sub-Lots are created

• Will default to Sequential, so will use your Lot No Series format followed by -1, -2 
• If User Defined, additional field available when Sub-lotting to replace the -1 values for a User to create their own reference for the new Lot

Item Tracking

Moved Vendor Lot No and Serial Lot No into Item Tracking Plus from Clever Quality. 

Production / Manufacturing 

Production Date (formally Vendor Production Date) automatically populated if item is manufactured. If Purchased, field is free entry. 

Serial No's

Production Date as above now available on Serial No Information Card. 

Shelf Life Requirements

Expanded Shelf life restrictions so a User can now define if short shelf life items are simply Warned about or will Prevent a User from completing the transaction.

• Impacts transactions such as Receipts or Shipments

Item Tracking / Production Orders 

New options in Item Tracking Code cards for Serials and Lots to Pre-allocate numbers when a Released Production Order is released

• This now allows Users to print labels in advance inclusive of Serial/Lots where previously they were unknown until outputted. 

Lot No's / Item Tracking

New Lot No Format builder in Item Tracking Code card to define the format of Lot numbers, i,,e Day/Week/Item No etc can all now be included in the Lot Number as and when defined. 

• Can use multiple parameters  to build unique no's per Tracking Code 

Item Tracking Plus Setup

Assisted Setup available in Clever Item Tracking Plus Setup to help users complete setup data such as Shelf life restrictions, sub-lot formats etc. Setup action also available in the ribbon pointing to all related pages to add additional information. 

Lot Warehouse Inventory / Lot No's list

Inventory Values & Remaining values calculating incorrectly on Lot Warehouse Inventory Table and Lot No Information List. Inventory Values has been resolved and Remaining Values from Lot No Information list has been removed, instead using standard Business Central Inventory field to store the data.

Lot No Information List

Lot No information list will now show a breakdown of the same Lot Number where used across multiple Items. This means you can see the Lot and Inventory per Item individually without it all being included in the same Lot No entry. 

Lot No Information Card

Resolved performance issue when using the expiration date feature on the Lot No Information card. 

Change made to prevent the deletion of a Lot No. Information record if there are any Blocks in existence to ensure that Blocks on Inventory are not bypassed

Fixed issue whereby it was not possible to create a Sub-Lot from a Lot that is in a Blocked state.
