If the error message from the shipping agent is not understandable or the label does not have the required information, you may need to talk to your shipping agent to understand what is wrong.

They will frequently ask for a copy of the XML message that you have submitted to the API. Don't forget that this is NOT the content of the message request, that goes to Clever Dynamics Azure function and is translated before being submitted to the shipping agents service.

To see exactly what was submitted we include that in the Message Reply. You can deownload the Message Reply as described in the previous section and the submitteed XML is the lastn part of that message after the
tag.
