Every time a Consignment is Submitted, we will receive a Message Response from the Shipping Agent Integration API Endpoint of the Shipping Agent being used on the Consignment.  The latest response received can be downloaded by selecting the Download Response option on the Ribbon.

In addition to the above, you can also view every Message Response associated with a Consignment by selecting Related > Message Requests.

The Message Request are displayed with the most recent at the top.  Clicking on the Has Response field takes you to the Message Responses list filtered to responses for the Message Request you came from.

The only action possible from the Message Response list is to export the response from the Shipping Agent via the Actions button. This downloads a copy of the XML message received in its raw format.
