When using Clever Shipment Management in conjunction with PODFather, additional functionality allows you to create a Proof of Delivery (POD) within Shipment Management once the goods have been collected or delivered and this has been updated on the PODFather device.
| Note: In order for PODs to be created in Clever Shipment management it is necessary to have enabled the Job Queue function to poll PODFather for status updates. |
The Proof of delivery will show the goods that have been delivered alongside any photographs taken or notes recorded by the driver. See Proof of Delivery for more information on the Proof of delivery document.
