The next step to complete in the process is to setup the Packing Operators. These are the people that work at the Packing Stations and are responsible for taking the items and putting them in the relevant packaging ready for Shipment.
A Packing Operator will need to be selected on the Packing and Despatch Portal and then this information will then be recorded against the Packing Orders processed by that operator. This information can then be used to provide traceability about which operators processed which packages.
On the Packing Operators Page, a Code and a Description should be defined for each individual operator.
