Collection Address Fields have been added to Sales Return Orders as part of functionality contained within Clever Config. The purpose of this is so these Fields can be used by all of the different Clever Apps such as Clever Shipment Management and Clever Shipping Agent Integration.
If either of these Apps are being used, then these Fields will be available to populate on the Sales Return Order Page. These Fields can then be used to define where the items should be collected from. This information will then be carried through if the document is assigned to a Shipment Management Route and will be used as the Drop Address.
