Added integration with Clever WMS Containers, which is now a dependency app of Clever Quality

• This means you will have Clever WMS Containers installed alongside Clever Quality and be able to use it's functionality

• You can now run Quality Automation Rules without the need for Item Tracking if using Containers

All Enhancements listed below are in relation to Clever WMS Containers integration and functionality alongside Clever Quality

Ability to specify Container Types and Container No's on relevant Quality Automation Rules 

• This allows for Container and/or Container contents specific Quality Checks

New Transaction Type included in Quality Automation Rules for "Container Return (Physical Container)

• This can be used alongside Container Return Journals to perform Quality Checks on the Container once received back

New Transaction Type included in Quality Automation Rules for "Container (Item Added)

• This can be used for when items are added into Containers and a Quality Check is required

New Timed Automation Type field allows users to specify whether checks are required for Physical Containers or Container Contents on a timed basis

• Used alongside the Job Queue to routinely perform checks on physical containers or contain contents which can be done automatically on a recurring basis

Quality Action in Container ribbon now allows users to perform quality based actions directly from the Container List/Card. This can include:

• Creating quality checks

• Creating Quality Automation rules

• Viewing related Quality Orders / Posted Quality Orders

• Viewing Quality Statistics

• Updating Quality Status

• Viewing all related Non Conformances

Allow creation of Non Conformances for Containers 

Added functionality to split container contents from a Quality Order where contents have failed

• This allows failed contents to be moved to an alternative Container, either existing or New

• This updates the Status of the contents within each Container to show the correct qty and status for contents per Container

Allow for using Containers when creating Transfer Orders or Purchase Returns for failed goods from a Quality Order 

Added support for Clever WMS Devices (when using upcoming version 8.2)

• Will allow for Quality Orders to be processed on a device where specified 

• Allow for a Non BC User to be assigned to a Quality Test

• Include an Additions Integration event to allow external applications such as Clever WMS devices to trigger an update/refresh of total test results

Ability to split a Lot within a Quality Order

• Where some of a Lot Passes and Fails, we can now split that Lot to create a Sub-lot for the failed Qty within the Quality Order

Moved ability to change Lot, Serial, Package and Container Statuses into Quality Team Members 

New functionality to use Date as a Check and enter a Date Result in the Quality Order 

Added a feature to set Quality Cancellation Reason Codes. This then impacts the Lot Quality Status by utilising the Tracking Code Statuses per Cancellation Code

Now supports Package Tracking within Item Tracking Lines

• Including full ability to use for Quality Orders, Amend package Statuses and update Package No Information lists

• This means Automation Rules do not need to rely on items that are just Lot/Serial tracked but can now be only Package tracked

Can view the Lot Quality Status from Item Tracking Pages now

Added new Pre-Posting automation rules included for Lines.

These are:

• Warehouse Receipt Item (Pre-Posting)

• Warehouse Shipment Item (Pre-Posting)

These both now allow for filters to be added against specific items so that a Quality Order can be performed before the receipt/Shipment is posted where Items are included. Only where Line items are included are Quality Orders generated.

Ensure that Enable Vendor Compliance defaults as "Off" on installation

• This means if you want to use it, you need to turn it "On" once setup has been complete for Vendors and Compliance documents

Fix to ensure the Passed and Failed Qtys update correctly in the Quality Orders where the Quantity Test Instances are set to "Sample Qty" in the Automation Rule. 

• This now means that the quantities will show correctly on the Quality Order when results are entered

Fix to retain old Version line history of Quality Tests when newer versions of a Test exists

• This now means a new version can be created of a Quality Test but the lines will still be visible within the old closed version for traceability. 

When Calculation Checks are included in a Quality Test, resolve the error: "The length of the string is (value) but it must be less than or equal to 10 characters". 

Resolve calculation issue in Quality Orders so that the Quantity and Sample Qty are correct when Item Quality Automation Rule is being used and multiple Lots exist. 

Updated the edit functionality for Quality Tests in Setup and Assisted Setup to ensure a User can select it, edit or view. 

Resolved error to remove out the characters "%2" when no Compliance document is found for a Vendor, regardless of using Error or Warnings for Vendor Compliance. 

• Only features when Vendor Compliance is On and No Compliance Document exists. Error/Warning should still occur but the text within it will now not include the characters "%2".

Previously not displaying Quality Link Codes but now these are visible on Routing Lines. 

Added in Work Date as a parameter for using Vendor Compliance, as well as new Warn action when certificate expired.

Included calculation as a Result Type within Tests to allow for formula based Quality Checks which can be based on a number of other quality checks.

Customer and Vendor filters added to Automation Rules for Pre-Posting Transaction Types

Inclusion of Quality Link Codes that can be specified on Routings to trigger Quality Checks for in-process Transaction Types. This is useful if a machine centre and/or work centre is used for different operations on the same routing and you wish to use different quality checks for each operation.

Weighing scales integration for Quality Checks which can be used when entering weight based results within a Quality Order. (Requires Clever PrintNode).

Timed Quality Tests can now be performed against Locations, Fixed Assets, Machine Centres and Work Centres (and optionally from v1.2 of Clever Manufacturing Plus onwards, if installed, Tools) for things such as Equipment Testing.

Fixed the No of Entries for Posted Quality Orders within the Find Entries table to only display related Quality orders when previously, all were shown. 

Resolved the issue where manually created Quality orders created via the wizard was not bringing across the Description populated in the wizard to the Quality Order.

Resolved issue where Quality Order No from Non Conformance card was not being displayed correctly or would not open the correct Quality Order. This can be accessed both from the Quality Order No field and the Show Related Quality Order action.

Updated the Get Default Configuration button in Setup to advice if it has been ran before and will override previous setup.

Increased the length of the Rounding Precision attribute on a Quality Check to allow a greater precision to be captured for decimal quality results

Add Pending Quality Orders attribute to Warehouse Receipt and Warehouse Shipment screens to provide visibility of outstanding Quality Orders

Images can now be assigned to a Quality Check and will then show on the Quality Order to allow visual checks to be compared to specification images
