If you are also using Clever Shipping Agent Integration as well as Clever Comments, then an additional Shipping Agent Consignment option will be available on the Comment Types Page which allows comments entered against certain areas to be inherited onto Consignments. This provides functionality to allow comments that maybe related to Delivery Instructions for example, to be inherited onto the shipping agent consignment.
The Comment Source types where the Shipping Agent Consignment option is available are listed below:
- Sales Order
- Sales Return Order
- Customer
- Ship-To Address
- Contact
- Item
