I have recieved the below XML error while trying to make a payment?

When receiving this error, please check the Account Details entered on your payment providers "Payment Provider Account" screen as shown below.

If any of the above information is entered incorrectly, you will receive the XML error while trying to process a payment. Please double check the information needed with your payment provider.
