To work with a 3PL transactions using EDI you will need to setup a Location record within Business Central with the relevant configuration information, which is detailed below.
Note: the below attribute include only those relevant for 3PL EDI requirements, not all fields that you can setup within Business Central.

This is the key attribute that is used within Clever EDI to distinguish that a Location is a 3PL. Without this in place none of the EDI functionality will be invoked. When enabled this will set the Require Receipt and Require Shipment attributes to be enabled also - as these are key to the 3PL workflow enforced when using Clever EDI for 3PL |
