Via the "Lot No Information list" and "Serial No Information list", you can see options in the ribbon to either Create (new) Quality orders, view any Open Quality orders or view Posted Quality Orders. The Lot/Serial Status is also visible per entry.
If you want to view what results were posted for each Lot or Serial No without having to manually find the Posted Quality Order, you'll first need to switch on an option in "Quality Setup". Via the Lot Tracking or Serial Tracking FastTabs, change the Show results on Lot/Serial Info Card to 'Yes'. Now, when you open the "Lot/Serial No Information card", you'll notice an additional Quality Results FastTab. In here, you can view any results for all Posted Quality orders that feature this Lot/Serial No. In the example below, you'll see I have 2 Posted Quality Orders that I can flick between using the Next Posted Quality Order action which will bring up a view of the results per Quality order when used. This now saves me having to access the Quality Order manually to check the results that were posted.
If I want to view the full list of Quality Orders the Lot/Serial No appears on, I can simply use the Show all Posted Quality Orders action which will filter a list of all Posted Quality Orders showing this Lot/Serial No.
