There are some Fields available on Bin Content records which should be completed as part of the setup for Clever WMS Devices. They are all available in the Device Stock Count Rules section.

| Last Stock Count Date |
This Field will be automatically populated with the date that the last stock count was completed for that Bin and Item combination. |
| Next Stock Count Date |
This Field can be used to manually define the next date that a stock count should be completed for that Bin and Item combination. |
| Movements Since Stock Count |
This field will be automatically updated with the number of movement that have been completed since the last stock count was completed for that Bin and Item combination. |
| Last Stock Count By |
This Field will be automatically populated with the name of the user who completed the last stock count for that Bin and Item combination. |
