The Clever WMS Containers App will have been automatically installed with Clever Shipping Agent Integration and can be used to define which items are contained with each parcel being sent. This is completed via the Container Tracking Page which is available on Warehouse Shipments.
When Container Tracking entries have been added against a Warehouse Shipment and a Consignment is generated, the Container Tracking entries will be automatically copied across to the Consignment and the information will be used within the Message Requests files that are sent to each Agent.
Container Tracking information can be viewed against the Consignment Lines as shown in the example below:
NB: From Version 4 of Shipping Agent Integration it is mandatory to use Containers for Export Shipments, as detailed within the Export Orders - Container Processing section.
